Investment business with a global presence requires an additional hedge fund operational due diligence analyst.

THE ROLE :  The focus of the role is to analyse and investigate the operations and finances of hedge funds and their counter-parties in order to help ascertian of the fund could be considered a viable investment. Production of manager meeting reports and presentaion of findings.
The focus is on hedge funds, but there will be coverage of other asset classes including long only and alternatives. There will be travel involved.  
THE PERSON: the individual must have experience of performing due diligence on funds, ideally hedge funds, and must have strong academic qualifications.
