As
part of our team, you will be responsible for growth and retention of
employer client and enrollee membership in MetroHealth Select and
related offerings. Manage outreach and connections with existing
accounts and prospective clients, consultants and brokers, and clients’
other vendors. Generate growth strategy for volume and revenue goals,
and makes professional sales calls and presentations. Conduct onboarding
of client accounts and facilitates second sales to grow proportion of
employees choosing MetroHealth Select from employers’ offering. Hold
dual reporting relationship to the Executive Director of Managed Care.
Ensure that MetroHealth Select is a market-competitive offering with
value-conscious pricing. Maintain effective working relationships with
Vice Presidents of Government Relations, Ambulatory Operations, and
Business & Strategy, and leadership of MetroHealth Patient
Experience function, and work collaboratively across the organization.
Monitor delivery of MetroHealth Select concierge performance, service
and utilization levels, client feedback and process flows, and manage
solutions. Develop client base and strategies for other programs, as
assigned. Proactively identifies market trends, import competitive
intelligence, and ensure that product offerings evolve to be
well-positioned for future growth.
Qualifications include:
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (i.e. Healthcare, Business or Marketing).
- 7-10 years of experience and a proven track record in a healthcare, insurance, or business environment in at least one of the following areas: Marketing, Business Development, Managed Care, Sales.
- Positive relationships with brokerage, consultant, and business community in Northeast Ohio.
- Highly motivated and results oriented.
- Superb strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to develop positive relationships with physicians and employers.
- Excellent oral, written and presentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and track record establishing rapport and maintaining trust in business relationships.
- Ability to plan, direct, implement, and evaluate multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of healthcare /insurance sales processes, marketing, managed care, sales, and associated psychology.
Preferred:
- Ohio Life and Health License
- Master’s Degree
- Experience with PC based office and spreadsheet applications (MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
