In this job role you'll use your expertise in translating IT requirements into great design, as well as development and assembly of components, coding, unit testing and documentation, to create custom information systems for our clients. Applicants should also be specialists who primarily apply their technical skills in an internal or external customer billable services, and implementation, environment. The candidate for this position Manages a team that provides technical and specialized guidance in Development Tools related topics. Provides leadership in the planning analysis, design, coding, and testing of Development Tools services and components for enterprise use in applications programs to improve efficiency and integrity between systems and applications. Ensures application systems are in compliance to security, audit policies, and procedures. • Monitors the performance of the application system. Develops and maintains standard operating procedures and documentation, may write documentation to describe program development, logic, coding, and corrections. Provides highly technical and specialized guidance in and solutions to Dev Tools related challenges. Candidate must have the ability to work in the United States without a current or future need for visa sponsorship. Selected candidates may not need to travel for all projects outside of their metro area. However, all candidates must be able and willing to travel based on assigned project demand. Required High School Diploma/GED At least 1 year experience in leading production support teams At least 1 year experience in development and support experience with tools like: - Visual Studio - Rational Tools - CA ERwin - ARCGIS - InfoSphere Tools - Other desktop tools  At least 1 year experience in supporting, administrating and configuring the following tools: - Adobe (ActivePDF Tool Kit, Adobe Acrobat Professional, Adobe Captivate, Adobe InCopy, Adobe Photoshop, LiveCycle Read At least 1 year experience in desktop tools setup, configurations and troubleshoot At least 1 year experience in SQL, SQL queries and databases skills Readiness to travel Up to 1 day a week U.S. citizenship required English: Intermediate
