| Job description |
As the business owner, the Demand Programs Manager is
responsible for generating and progressing quality leads to help achieve
Aim brand win revenue target through Business Agility program with
cross brand Mobile focus. He/she is responsible in managing the assigned
budget and resources to deliver on or above target.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and assist the team so they can drive a comprehensive Program plan
to exceed business objectives, while achieving on time, on plan and on
budget campaign execution.
Ensure Programs optimize program spending mix (DG/Non-DG/Infrastructure).
Lead team in developing and executing innovative, high quality,
integrated ‘360 marketing plans. Includes managing and strategizing with
our agency partners.
Support successful implementation of
the NA Demand System to align marketing and sales. Apply brand
differentiators and pro-actively drive Demand Programs tactic
integration across programs.
Team with Market Segment Managers, worldwide counterparts & other extended teams to meet business and marketing objectives.
Leverage cutting-edge Marketing practices to drive efficiency and expand the base beyond core client accounts.
Assess Program plans and tactics to ensure business and marketing
targets can be met for each brand/sub-brand level. Identify gaps,
analyze for root causes and place actions to rectify. Drive changes to
optimize tactic investments and fully leverage BPs.
Assist
teams in developing and managing a comprehensive response and lead plan
to capture and nurture opportunities for progression and closing by
sales.
Serve as a role model, exemplifying leadership,
personal dedication, commitment and ownership as outlined in
foundational competencies.
Foster an environment of strong, ongoing teamwork and collaboration with all teams.
Attributes:
Ability to contribute to, and drive, the overall vision and mission of the mid-market Program.
Capable of ensuring all of the marketing mix elements including digital
and social media are in the overall business plan for the Program and
can interface with all functions within the organization relative to
assigned activities.
Strong ability to lead extended team with little direction - including peer managers and execs - on behalf of the Program.
Experience with matrixed organizations and ability to effectively manage up, down & horizontally including all brands.
Positive and effective teaming and demonstrated strength in
collaborative leadership style, balanced with drive to close as needed
with the BA team, other program team, and brand team in both NA and WW.
Strong communication skills and can present to senior executive team.
Knowledge of marketing globally and understanding of IBM America’s geo strategy and objectives.
Ability to deal in high-pressure, dynamic environment. Embraces challenges and able to manage conflict.
Significant skill and demonstrated strength in "Informed Judgment" and business/performance analysis.
Able to provide marketing or operational advice and counsel to other less-experienced professionals in the department.
Can advise other professionals within the market management discipline
on day-to-day activities that affect the implementation of the Program
strategies and plan.
High level of marketing strategy and demand generation planning and execution.
Strong analytical experience to ensure highest level of lead development and ROI.

Required
- At least 5 years experience in marketing including digital &
social media, program management, marketing communications, market
management.
- At least 2 years experience in leading or managing marketing teams
- Readiness to travel 10% travel annually
- English: Fluent

Preferred
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 8 years experience in marketing strategy and demand generation planning and execution
