The CAO provides leadership and direction in helping to set, communicate and execute the strategy for the Head of Global Markets and Global Services Americas. The CAO is responsible for coordinating the strategic planning process, setting priorities, managing reporting and metrics, establishing and managing the agendas and priorities for numerous staff and management meetings, and initiating and managing initiatives and projects as needed to support the success and growth of the businesses.
Specific duties for the business analyst include the following:
- Collaborate with business leaders to establish goals and ensure execution through monitoring established metrics
- Establish and manage agenda for numerous staff meetings
- Manage content and updates for presentations delivered internally and externally
- Participate in the prioritization of IT development committees to ensure funding is aligned with strategic priorities
- Coordinate onboarding and training agenda for multiple clients throughout the year
- Drive specific initiatives that span multiple business units
Qualifications:
Degree in business or related field of study
Experience in the financial services sector
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products
An aptitude for embracing innovation and new ways of conducting business and improving processes
Knowledgeable of State Street businesses and organization
