The Compliance & Competitive Assessment Lead for DSS will coordinate processes that ensure compliance with export and intellectual property requirements, identify and mitigate compliance risks, track department training status, and serve as a support resource for reporting issues. This position will also coordinate the processes for competitive assessment including base lining DSS analytic intellectual property to industrial standards and identify areas of competitive advantage
Essential Responsibilities	In addition you will: Coordinate process to identify and mitigate departmental compliance risks Coordinate process to track department member training status Lead process to enable departmental global strategy while maintaining compliance with applicable export control Lead department engagement on compliance topics Serve as departmental representative in division compliance initiatives Serve as a departmental resource for the reporting of compliance issues Lead DSS processes for competitive assessment Coordinate department efforts in base lining DSS analytic intellectual property to industry standards Lead process to identify DSS analytic intellectual property that should be protected Work with business level resources in organizing and tracking patent applications and key technologies
Qualifications/Requirements	Bachelor’s Degree in technical field from an accredited college or university Minimum of 5 years of experience in process simplification and/or managing export controlled data
