Job description
Seterus, Inc. is currently seeking an individual to serve as the Human Resources Coordinator. In addition, this individual will provide assistance as described under essential functions to Seterus' Managing Director of Human Resources.

Essential Functions
1. Coordinate requirements for internal and external requests such as documentation required for audits and client requests.
2. Provides administrative assistance to HR MD and other HR team managers and partners.
3. Coordinates Recruiting Oversight activities such as Req tracking, time card audits, arranging candidate interview schedules and other recruiting related activities.
4. Provide administrative and reporting support for all HR related activities.
5. Maintains, provides and assists new employees with New Hire paperwork.
6. Assures proper documents are distributed to Corporate and maintained in site personnel files.
7. Assist the HR Team with research and other special projects.
8. Prepare new hire packets and new hire orientation meeting materials.
9. Performs other related duties and special projects as assigned.
10. Provide back up support for Recruiting Oversight Coordinator and HR Analyst.

Required
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • At least 6 months experience in an HR function or equivalent working knowledge of benefits programs, payroll process, staffing and labor standards
  • At least 2 years experience in an administrative function
  • At least 2 years experience in the use of computers including expertise with software applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Visio
  • Basic knowledge in the ability to use HRIS system.
  • English: Fluent
