We are currently looking for qualified, experienced Staffing Specialist Consultants across the United States (Parsippany, NJ location preferable) to support the field sales staffing function (from sourcing through to interviewing) for a short term staffing project.

Required Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

• Sound knowledge of pharmaceutical sales market
• Strong internet sourcing skills requires
• Pharmaceutical experience preferred.
• Good understanding and awareness of  the commercial environment and market trends
• Good customer service skills
• Good ability to work in a matrix environment
• Good attention to detail
• Good computer skills including Microsoft Office applications and HRIS applications
