REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

· Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
· Highly motivated and organized
· Ability to manage multiple high priority projects
· Ability to utilize initiative and to work independently, as required
· Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients
PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
· Good working knowledge of clinical research
· Basic knowledge and understanding of Quintiles clinical systems and procedures
· Strong knowledge of patient recruitment tactics, regulatory requirements
MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s Degree Communications, Marketing or other
related field and at least 5 years' related experience or equivalent
combination of education, training and experience
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
• Extensive use of telephone and face-to-face communication requiring accurate perception of speech
• Extensive use of keyboard requiring repetitive motion of fingers
• Regular sitting for extended periods of time
• Occasional travel
