Job Description
The Quality Management Services team supports the consistent delivery of high quality technology products. Its primary goal is to measurably improve product quality through the execution of efficient “end to end” quality management processes.

Restaurant File Maintenance (RFM) is a web-based application that keeps our NP6 Point of Sale solution current with the latest menu items, pricing and order fulfillment information.

This position leads the successful delivery of RFM GA and RFM 2 initiatives for IT Restaurant product teams and AOW partners as the key contact for all RFM QMS engagements.  Develops Quality Management project plans and performs cross-functional coordination of Quality Management activities  with RFM product teams, development suppliers,  testing partners and AOW QA teams.
The ideal candidate has proven collaboration and communication skills and thrives in a fast-paced dynamic environment.    This person must is a self-starter with  excellent planning, communication , presentation and organizational skills and is results oriented with a “can do “ attitude.  He/she  has successful experience in project organization, execution and resource leadership complimented by a both business and technical acumen.
Responsibilities
· Driving and maintaining Quality Management alignment between RFM Product , QMS and AOW QA teams.  Builds and maintains highly collaborative relationships with key stakeholders.
· Leads RFM QMS initiatives, accountable for all QMS activity execution, milestones and deliverables.
· Develops QMS Testing Strategies, Testing Approaches and Testing Plans for RFM initiatives.
· Maintains a product initiative roadmap inclusive of project, supplier and lab/environment QMS teams.
· Regularly communicates project status to stakeholders and RFM project/program teams.
· Engages with and supports the QMS Incident Management team to track and drive issue resolution and facilitate issue closure.
· Supports QMS Incident Management function and assists in identifying and prioritizing issues, establishing Product Quality reporting metrics and measurements, and developing continuous improvement plans.
· Tracks QMS costs within each initiative to maintain overall project budget.
· Develops strong RFM product knowledge related to the functional use and application to restaurant operations and product/pricing configuration.
· Applies defined Project Management principles to ensure each QMS RFM initiative is delivered on time, on budget and in scope.
· Partners with other QMS Leads to drive effectiveness and efficiency process improvements, including tool selection and implementation
· Contributes toward Product Performance Testing and automation strategies
· Supervises QMS employee(s) on the RFM Product Quality team.
Minimum Requirements
· 5+ years in a Business Analysis or Support role.  Project Lead experience preferred.
· Demonstrated ability to lead cross functional projects and teams.
· Strong understanding and/or previous experience in Quality Assurance/Management methods and disciplines. 
· Excellent problem solving skills in a team environment
· Strong verbal and written communications skills. 
· Experience in a client-facing role with ability to build strong, collaborative relationships.
· Adapts readily and leads project teams effectively through change and/or ambiguity.
· Proven track record for achieving alignment among stakeholders leading to successful project results.
· Proficient using MS Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and SharePoint
