Job Summary
The
Online Store Program Management Office is looking for an exceptional
individual to join the team as the Group Program Manager responsible for
driving In App Commerce and Transactional Systems Platform initiatives
for the Online Store. In this position, you lead and manage the In App
Experience and Transactional Systems Program Management team and partner
with the engineering and business teams to expand and enhance the
e-Commerce experience thru integrated commerce and continued expansion
of the Checkout Platform.

They will have strong software development fundamentals, excellent communication skills, and a desire to work with a dynamic team. In this role, you will partner with our business and engineering teams to define, schedule, track and communicate status of across multiple teams. Ability to juggle multiple priorities and manage a dynamic roadmap is critical to an individual‘s success.
- Candidates should have a proven successful track record of delivering highly cross-functional technology projects on time and should have a demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess an entrepreneurial approach to problem solving and have exceptional leadership skills.
Description
·
Provide project leadership and hands-on management for
simultaneous projects within the in app and transaction systems
portfolio in a matrix organization.
· Define the timelines and scope in collaboration with multiple
business owners
· Create and manage the program and project plans, deliverables,
dependencies
· Ensure that the program goals and objectives are achieved within
the established project timeframe, guidelines/scope, and budget.
· Manage the day-to-day aspects of the Portfolio and Roadmap,
including possible conflicting priorities and business interests.
· Work with the multiple business team(s) and various IS&T
functional areas to ensure fluid communication and alignment.
· Manage the change controls of the portfolio and ensure proper
documentation and communication.
· e-Commerce industry knowledge and experience managing highly
cross-functional projects.
· Demonstrated leadership skills involving leading large-scale
projects in a matrix organization.
· Minimum of 10+ years of experience with successively increasing
responsibilities managing technology delivery, of which 5+ years should
be in managing large scale programs or project management teams
Education
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and be comfortable communicating effectively at senior levels in the organization · Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
