IBM is seeking Test Analysts in the Louisiana area interested in working next to some of the best IT professionals in the industry. The Application Testing Analyst is a hands-on role that requires strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools. Using in-depth analysis and test design skills, you'll work directly with business and IT organizations to develop and deliver test strategies, test plans, and test cases for multiple small to medium size projects. Your responsibilities include analyzing business requirements, designing, executing, and automating the test cases. An understanding of the SDLC as well as a good understanding of the various phases of software testing is required. Candidates must have experience with formal testing tools such as HP Quality Center, Quick Test Pro, Mercury Tools, etc.Applicants should also be specialists who primarily apply their technical and functional skills in an internal or external customer billable services, and implementation, environment. Candidate must have the ability to work in the United States without a current or future need for visa sponsorship. Successful candidates for these positions will work onsite at the IBM Services Center: Baton Rouge. No remote opportunities exist.
