Job Summary
This person's primary responsibility is new and existing sales to AT&T accounts. Sales are approached as a GM mindset - the sales individual has overarching responsibility to maintain customer satisfaction. This person will have extensive experience with direct sales, negotiations and leading internal teams. This role is responsible for setting the direction and leading the organization for each customer including the following functions: sales, support, project management and operations.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Product areas include IMS, Fixed Access, Optical, Carrier Ethernet, IP Routing, Ran Backhaul and SAE Packet Data Core
· Exercise profit/loss authority for sales orders and contracts won.
· This includes overall Customer Account team responsibility for establishing business opportunities with new opportunities ensuring bid management and contract execution
· Manage resource objectives within budget and provide an appropriate level of service and product support.
· Deliver revenue and profitability quota assignments as outlined in the Ericsson Sales Incentive Program
· Establish and manage key customer relationships including senior leadership
· Manage sales funnel and forecasts including internal CRM systems
· Manage cash collections with customers
· Travel throughout the region on a regular basis - estimated 50-75%.
· Oversee all interactions with the customer including sales, project management, support, and operations.

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
· Bachelors Degree - MBA Preferred
· Minimum 5 years direct sales experience
· Experience in Consultative Sales; Must have an understanding of current business operator business environment
· Experience performing direct negotiations
· Strong ability to forecast and hit forecasts
