Job Summary
The Customer Project Manager Job Role purpose is to manage assigned customer projects to secure that project goals are met, customer’s expectations are fulfilled and that the customer relation is handled in the best possible way within the scope of the contract.Responsibilities & Tasks:
- Establish project plan baseline: define project scope, secure the necessary resources and plans and monitor all activities
- Drive project execution: track project activities , monitor and handle changes, conflicts and escalations
- Handle customer and stakeholder engagement: manage customer relationship building confidence and trust , ensure project progress arranging meetings and customer events
- Manage project finance: ensure financial system monitoring
- Develop the business: participate to contract preparation and to pre-sales meeting
- Develop the CPM discipline: simplify processes, methods and tools with innovative ideas

Minimum Qualififcation & Experience Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in project/program management with strong background in application delivery in complex systems integration projects or strong background in CRM deployments OR in BSS data migration and BSS transformation.
- Proven track record of leading successful large application development and delivery projects OR leading successful large CRM projects on multiple engagements in ICT domain.
- PMP or PgMP certification preferred.
- Experience in establishing project controls to ensure controlled progress, including change management, reporting, tolerances and governance structures.
- Deep knowledge of Project Management and Quality Management concepts and principles.
- Sound knowledge of telecommunication technologies and trends
