Genoptix Medical Laboratory, a division of Novartis, is focused on developing and commercializing evidence-driven diagnostic tests to improve physicians' ability to optimize patient outcomes.
We’re currently seeking qualified candidates to join our team in the position of:
CDC Marketing Operations Manager
Position Summary:
Genoptix is seeking a dynamic Manager of Marketing Operations who will report to the Head of Marketing and be responsible for ensuring the development, implementation and measurement of Marketing operations functions within the Genoptix Marketing organization. The successful candidate will have an understanding of commercial operations and key marketing concepts.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Manages marketing initiatives related to Hematology molecular testing including demand generation, market development and product lifecycle-management.
Works closely with the hematology brand director to coordinate, plan strategies and tactics
Develops tasks and work streams to execute cross-functionally the initiatives
Develops key performance metrics and dashboards that helps cross function teams stay on task
Works across the functions to operationalize tactics and executables
Coordinates with the management team to secure consensus and approvals
Supports content development and delivery of field force training
Designs, develops and implements a tasking and Gantt structure to manage assignment of task leads, timelines and interdependencies
Works closely with the sales support functions to ensure they are aligned with the launch, post-launch goals and objectives.
Prepares training content to ensure field is prepared for new product launch
Manages the goals, objectives and execution of regional and national sales meetings
Minimum requirements Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Qualifications:
Typically 5-10 years related experience
Typically 3 years of experience managing personnel and contributing toward the development of department strategy
Experience with following, managing cross-functional projects
Experience in developing and making formal presentations to executive management
Experience with department budget planning, management and reconciliation
Has led start up and deployment of a major Sales Operations initiative within a biotech/pharmaceutical company
