Job Summary

We are looking for a Global Head of Employment Branding for the company to proactively recognize emerging trends, problems and business needs and provide innovative solutions to be applied wherever necessary. You will be required to design, develop and secure deployment of strategies, policies, processes and tools in the Employment Branding area. You will ensure consistency and globalization, manage suppliers and provide expert advice in your area of expertise.

Responsibilities & Tasks

You will also:
  • Develop Employment Branding strategy, establish and maintain processes, frameworks and infrastructure necessary to build Ericsson's Brand as an Employer of Choice
  • Plan and develop our Social Strategy and all content delivery, and implement measures to know if we are improving our Brand reputation and experience for our candidates.  Utilizing measure redirect our investment as needed to support our interest in improving our Brand perception
  • Ensure deployment of the appropriate Employment Branding practices and solutions globally
  • Ensure effectiveness and efficiency of Employment Brand area, including management of the team
  • Build expertise across the company relative to our Employment Brand and ensure all employees as they engage with our potential candidates, are positively influencing our perception.

Position Qualifications

  • A Bachelor degree in a Human Resources or related fields is required. A Masters of Business degree is preferred
  • Knowledge and understanding of market trends and Best in Class practices, specifically to Employment Branding, including strong experience in Social Media
  • Substantial business acumen
  • Experience in working in virtual global teams
  • Ability to deliver in a matrix organization, which includes engaging and influencing Corporate Communications and Marketing
  • Ability to identify new ways for Employment Branding to support the business strategy
  • Ability to engage, inspire, and influence people
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
