Job Description
Gore Medical Products has provided creative
therapeutic solutions to complex medical problems for 35 years, saving
and improving the quality of lives worldwide. As a leading manufacturer
of vascular grafts, endovascular and interventional devices, surgical
meshes for hernia repair, and sutures, we are looking for an EO
Sterilization Operator to join our manufacturing team in Flagstaff, AZ
on the third shift.

and operate manufacturing equipment, assemble, inspect, and test
medical devices in a clean-room environment.

Responsibilities include:
- Working within a team in a controlled/clean-room manufacturing environment with required clean room garments and/or Personal Protective Equipment
- Setting up, operating, and monitoring equipment
- Performing hand assembly and visual inspection
- Using measuring equipment
- Performing data collection/computer entry
- Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s)
- Working independently and within a team as needed
- Developing and maintaining strong interpersonal relationships
- Maintaining excellent attendance
Qualifications
Required Job Qualifications:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Demonstrated one year of consistent work experience (full-time 36-40 hours per week)
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures
- Light to moderate lifting
- Adaptability to support business needs, including moving from one manufacturing team or facility to another as needed (This may include some variability in shift hours between facilities)
- Ability to stand or sit for long periods of time
- Ability to perform hand intensive repetitive assembly of product(s).(ie; pinching, gripping, holding)
- Ability to pass a respirator fit test and wear a respirator
- This position requires a post-offer physical exam
Desired Job Qualifications:
- Previous experience with manufacturing equipment, tools, processes and Quality Systems.
- Strong work history with demonstrated Job progression.
- Experience training, coaching and/or leading others
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing or other Continuous Improvement tools
