As an Office Clerk for John Deere Electronic Solutions, located in Fargo, ND you will reconcile and verify packing slips for the daily receipt of factory materials. In addition, you will:
  • Provide backup for the John Deere store clerk.
  • Provide backup for the security officers at the front desk.
  • Monitor catered lunches and tracking office supplies.
  • Arrange some travel and plan events.

What It Takes

 
We need an excellent communicator, both verbal and written, who thrives on solving problems and working in a team environment. Ideally, you will have a Degree in Admin/Clerical discipline or equivalent experience in a related field.  We also require:
  • An ability to interface and provide excellent customer service with the public, as well as with internal and external customers, both in person and by telephone.
  • An ability to work independently by being a self-starter and organized individual.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize workloads.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle general office equipment (i.e. fax, typewriter, copier, postage machine).
  • High accuracy data entry skills.
A strong candidate will also have:
  • 2+ years of previous administrative experience.
