Core OS is looking for an exceptional Machine Learning Engineer to develop sophisticated algorithms, that will take advantage of Apple's ecosystem across platforms and devices to improve the user experience. In this unique and highly visible role, you will be at the center of Core OS machine learning technologies, working with cross-functional teams and using on-device and across-device data to develop algorithms that will surprise and delight our customers. Key Qualifications

• Requirements:
• At least 5 years practical experience in using and developing machine learning or statistical algorithms
• Proven track record of delivering concrete implementations
• Excellent understanding of mathematical underpinnings of the algorithms
• Good C/C++ skills
• Highly professional, with the ability to deliver solid work on tight schedules
• Knowledge of R / Matlab / Mathematica is highly desirable

Education

M.S/Ph.D. in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics or a related discipline
