Description
Responsible for providing dedicated global project management for a global diversified software, internet and entertainment solutions company.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Project management of global travel related initiatives driving continued improvement and operational efficiencies
- Lead and manage prioritized projects aligned with customer road map
- Develop robust, detailed project plans
- Structured communication with global team and customer, driving progress to move projects to desired completion
- Work globally with colleagues across markets validating consolidation opportunities, identifying appropriate SMEs as required
- Monitor, consult and report on expected productivity, capacity and targeted service delivery metrics
- Leverages best practices across broader client base
- Work with peers to develop better procedures and client offerings, solve problems and investigate issues
- Team oriented; share new insights and developments with team members
- Develop and mentor B30 Project Analysts in support of project initiatives
Qualifications
- 5 years of people leadership experience
- Minimum 2 years of travel industry experience
- Proven experience in translating data into actionable business insight
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Strong project management experience, certification a plus
- Understanding of relational databases (i.e. Access) required
- Strong organization, analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Detail oriented with excellent follow up
- Ability to advise and consult with high level clients and clearly articulate the subject matter
- Ability to lead client calls or meetings
- Minimum 2-3 years demonstrated knowledge of project leadership
- Global expertise preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Bachelors degree preferred
Axcess@Home Requirements:
- Dedicated work space must be within own residence and that follows the ergonomic and safety guidelines for performing
travel counselor duties
- Axcess@Home Agent is responsible for supplying their own furniture; desk with lockable drawer or separate lockable file
cabinet, chair, document shredder, smoke detector in proximity of work area, and fire extinguisher
- Axcess@Home Agent must complete Flexible Work Arrangement Application and Agreement
- Axcess@Home Agent must complete and meet the requirements of the Work Environment and Safety Assessment
- High speed internet capability with at least 10 Mbps download and 1 Mbps upload speeds: DSL or Cable (no wireless or
satellite ISP’s are permitted)
- Dedicated and separate analog landline phone for training and production calls (no VOIP – voice over internet protocol)
