General Summary:

The Fleet Manager contributes to The Pepsi Beverages Companies success by overseeing the demand and preventative maintenance of all fleet equipment in order to fulfill customer needs.This person manages26 skilled employees, one Supervisor and one admin/coordinator in a unionized/non-unionized environment, manages 1,200 pieces of equipment with a $12.0MM annual budget in 11 locations.

Major Tasks, Key Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities:

• Demonstrates knowledge and train others in troubleshooting, repair procedures and preventative maintenance for fleet equipment
• Manages acquisition and disposal of all assets
• Ensures equipment and individual compliance with all environmental, Department Of Transportation (DOT) and Health and Safety regulations
• Sets financial and individual targets aligned with Annual Operating Plan objectives and Fleet standards
• Manages performance standards to support Good Manufacturing Practices ( GMP ), Regulatory Compliance, Safety and Fleet standards
• Demonstrates knowledge and train others on Maintenance Software use and compliance
• Communicates effectively with other operations groups in support of overall facility goals
• Achieves or exceeds target results related to cost, asset preservation, breakdown, preventative maintenance and vehicle availability
• Develops team for fleet self sufficiency

• Basic Job Qualifications:
• A minimum of 5 years fleet maintenance experience
• Aminimum of 3 years of supervisor experience

Preferred Job Qualifications :

• Experience in consumer packaged products or similar industry
• Bachelors degree
