Responsible for establishing business alliances and partnerships. Ensures the identification, retention, growth and customer satisfaction of strategic business. Maintains a highly interactive relationship with Service Provider accounts to achieve ongoing initiatives. Works with internal departments on contracts; renews and upgrades existing agreements; conducts strategic analysis of market trends, competition and new opportunities.
Sell with the EMC Service Provider teams to drive incremental EMC as a Service offerings for the SP’s to offer to their end user customers.
Align with the EMC Divisional DVP, AM’s, DM’s & reps to identify & drive ‘sell-out’ Service Provider opportunities.
Meet with EMC reps and end user customers to identify demand and educate on the EMC Service Provider program, with the objective of connecting the end user with an EMC friendly Service Provider.

Leveraging a broad understanding of information technology and an in-depth understanding of EMC technology the incumbent is able to articulate the advantages of integrating third party applications with EMC technology to produce enhanced solutions
