This role will:
  • Maintain multiple Initiative project plans
  • Ensure deliverables are being completed within the base lined time scales
  • Ensure deliverables are being completed to defined expectations, first time
  • Put processes in place to ensure value is being earned for the expected cost
  • Effectively manage cross team dependency
  • Interface with individual teams (with varying software development methodologies) across the organization
  • Focus on engaging Agile/Lean/Feature teams and obtain actionable status from Agile/Lean Teams
  • Program/Project Level risk Escalation and Mitigation
  • Accountable for financial management across multiple teams
  • Track financial spend and consolidate financial reporting
  • Managing changes to the overall program without unduly affecting the stated objectives and benefits committed to the business
  • Collaborative mindset with laser sharp focus on deliverables/outcomes
  • Have the ability to thrive and excel in constant change
  • Drive the creation of retrospectives following major milestones and ensure follow-through on related action items
  • Define Change Management - establish and manage a robust change-control process
  • Define, maintain and report on initiative metrics with laser sharp focus on improvement
  • Lead and own initiative resource planning and budgeting activities. Develop and maintain resource work plans, estimates, schedules and budgets
  • Work closely with various internal/external teams to understand business requirements, and contribute to ongoing process improvements
  • Develop strong relationships with key partners within business and technology in order to provide initiative status, priority setting, and resource allocations
 

 
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
  • Minimum of 7+ years of progressive technology experience
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated problem solving, negotiation and facilitation skills
  • Demonstrated capability as a leader
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast moving, cross-team team environment
  • Experience with Merchandising and Merchant Planning Systems a big plus
  • Experience leading Agile/Lean Teams a big plus
  • Six Sigma Certification a plus
  • Practical experience in multiple project delivery methodologies
