IT Specialists in this role work with products or solutions based on any vendor hardware and/or operating system software. Apply your technical skills to support the operation and maintenance of vendor products, services and solutions. Use your skills and competencies in client relations, negotiation, decision making and conflict management, to resolve issues including critical customer situations. Up for the challenge? You should have expertise in one or more server technologies, including different hardware architectures and operating systems. As a server support specialist you'll build proof-of-concept solutions with server system technology, as well as server solutions, that address global client requirements.
