Job description
IBM is seeking an experienced Recruiter that will support strategic hiring requisitions for multiple IBM Business Units in technical and sales roles. In sales the Recruiter will source for a variety of skills and areas including but not limited to roles in Security, Cloud, Integrated Communication Services, Mobile, and for Data Centers, and for technical positions such as Associate Partners, IT Specialist/Architects, Consultants, and Business Development roles.

This incentive-based recruiter will generate candidate pipelines through various recruiting and sourcing methods including, but not limited to; cold calling, networking with professional organizations and searching internet resume databases. Through these activities she/he will develop a pipeline for current requisitions and anticipated future needs for pipeline development. The Recruiter must keep meticulous candidate records and have experience using online and computer based candidate management tools and must be able to maintain highly confidential information.

The successful recruiter will be able to:

• work independently and as part of a team
• develop and execute complex sourcing strategies that targeted both active and passive candidates
• deliver pipeline in hard to find skills and niche markets
• analyze the basic and preferred qualifications of an opportunity as per the requirement
• evaluate candidate credentials, attitude, aptitude skills through telephonic screening
• optimize utilization of database/websites/job portals/references/headhunting
• submit related candidate status and recruiting activity reports
• understand the strategy and needs of the business
• provide excellent verbal and written communication skills
• understand client needs and drive customer satisfaction
• focus on details, and leverage strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
Required
  • At least 5 years experience in recruiting in a fast-paced, dynamic environment responding to multiple open job requirements across a wide spectrum of technology related positions including but not limited to consulting and sales
  • At least 5 years experience in performing market research and generating candidate lists
  • At least 5 years experience in utilizing Internet recruiting tools and various Microsoft Office products
  • At least 5 years experience in a proven track record of delivery results
  • English: Fluent
Preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree
