Description
This self motivated individual will be part of the Outbound Trigger Team proactively placing outbound calls to existing Corporate Card clients, with focus on increasing profitability, charge volume growth and retention through consultative client interactions. Chief responsibilities include:
- Making outbound calls to key clients contacts in a defined customer based
- Quickly establish client rapport and deliver key messages
- Identify client needs, providing appropriate solutions and resolving/redirecting client concerns
- Utilize consultative selling/negotiation skills to achieve results
- Be a key player in driving the success of this team in a fast-paced, quality oriented, production environment
Qualifications
- Prior consultative sales and account management experience, preferably in an outbound call environment
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence external clients, identify potential client growth opportunities and drive results through creative problem solving
- Ability to quickly adjust work style to new targeted client interactions, utilize effective listening and probing techniques to identify and act on opportunities and multi-task in a changing environment
- Must be highly organized, self motivated and possess excellent time management with strong attention to detail
- Must excel in managing multiple tasks, developing a daily, weekly and monthly call plan
- Extremely goal oriented and drives to exceed client expectations
- Broad business knowledge and awareness of external events, factors and competitors that could impact client/AE partnerships
- Strong critical thinking and researching skills
- Excellent verbal and written business communication skills
