    Senior professional employee managing all aspects of BI testing, including the overall strategy and methodology, the development and oversight of a BI testing process that will insure the BI solutions are of the highest quality. The role will work with the BI teams to coordinate and schedule testing resources (environments and people), track high level testing metrics and identify improvement opportunities. Also, works closely with the IT Testing COE to leverage testing tools and process.
  • Owns the Strategy and Methodology for BI Testing
  • Owns the development and continuous improvement of a BI Testing process
  • Owns the overall quality of the BI solutions
  • Partners with all BI teams to coordinate the resources needed for testing, including environments, data, people and tools
  • Works closely with the overall BI program delivery plan to forecast all types of test resource needs
  • Established guidelines for various types of BI testing (Unit, SIT, UAT etc.)
  • Defines metrics to measure the testing effectiveness and identifies improvements with the BI solution development as well as improvements of the BI testing process
  • Leverages the IT Testing COE’s processes, tools and best practices
  • Executes cross-functional Business Intelligence and Enterprise projects by closely interacting with the Business Intelligence leaders, managers and consultants
  • Works directly with business owners and IT staff to identify, rationalize and document
  • Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree (or minimum 10 years of IT work experience) with minimum 7 years of IT experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in data warehouse technologiesEligibility Requirements:
  • Must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act
  • Must be 18 years or older

  • Demonstrated ability to oversee multiple simultaneous activities
  • Understand the testing types and strategies used in business Intelligence development
  • Demonstrated technical understand of BI solutions
  • Experience in defining metrics, measuring success and using results to define improvement opportunities
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to work across multiple BI teams
  • Ability to reach decisions under conditions of uncertainty or time constraints
  • Experience in project management methodology (PMM)
  • Experience with testing practices and testing processes
  • YOU MUST BE ABLE TO SATISFY THE REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION 19 OF THE FEDERAL DEPOSIT INSURANCE ACT.
