    Serves as Lead technical expert on assigned area's applications. Responsible for driving Incident, Problem resolution,maintenance of application programs, and interfaces. Liaises with technical teams and business teams to support A suite ofbusiness critical applications. Demonstrates command of AS400, Wintel, platforms, and web based applications
  • Act as incident Manager Lead and triage and resolve complex production incidents for resolution within agreed upon Service
    Level Agreement (SLAs).
  • Investigate and triage incidents and problems and drive resolution with partners, vendors and technical teams.
  • Drive root cause for Problem resolution of any production incidents.
  • Provide evidence and participate in all governance, risk, a compliance initiatives and audits
  • Communicate and manage critical notifications to all partners, and technical teams.
  • Schedule and coordinate maintenance, job batch scheduling, and end of month/quarter/year activities
  • Leads and coaches the business and internal IT team in ad-hoc analysis to solve complex production processing and
    business-related issues.
  • Ensures daily batch and online processing are complete and on time, and that the mainframe operates within performance
    standards.
  • Takes ownership of the workload; analyzing and recommending changes and enhancements.
  • Responsible for assessing the deliveries of new developments to determine the impact on the existing production workload and
    recommend solutions.
  • Basic Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science (or 4 years equivalent work experience) with 4+ years IT experience
  • 4+ AS400 / Citrix infrastructure
  • 4+ years Windows Server experience, specifically with setting up and configuring IIS services, HTTP, FTP, and html and XML processes.

  • Experience with using personal written/verbal communication, organization and leadership skills.
  • Experience as a cross-functional team player working across a matrixed organization.
  • Experience utilizing SQL.
  • Experienced in the application of six sigma process and rigor.
