A mission critical role for the GBS HR organization, reporting to the Director of Global HR Operations, responsible for delivering global processes and driving forward speed, scale and simplicity, in a period characterized by high change.
Main Responsibilities
- Managing the Global Processes: Rewards Management cycle, Global Market Surveys and Job Evaluations, Global Equity, Global Captive, Global Retirement System Platform, Global Benefits Repository (High Roads), International SOS, etc.
- Leading GBS HR Global Processes governance: Global Compensation, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development
- Defining best in class processes, role sorts, procedures, metrics
- Driving speed, scale, simplicity in HR services
- Partnering with the COE on the design of new plans and programs, implementing these into the Global Service Delivery Operations
- Leading team of Manages 35 associates
2014-2016 Context
The next three three years will be characterized by a high degree of change, part of a multi-year strategy, aimed at evolving the HR service delivery organization, with the overall aim of making it more in tune with tomorrow’s workforce… more intuitive and aligned… enabling the key work associated with Talent 2020, while providing a much improved end-user experience, whether in the office or on the go.
