be based in either Rogers, AR or Plano, TX. Candidates based outside of
Rogers, AR should anticipate travel upwards of 75%.This role will lead the PepsiCo Walmart & Sam's Club eCommerce business, with specific responsibility for both the PAF and NAB businesses. Today PepsiCo eCommerce are $1MM with Walmart & Sam's, but expected to grow to $1B by 2017. The primary objective of this role is to establish an eCommerce business plan for our Walmart and Sam's business in collaboration with business units. Key accountabilities include guiding the annual planning process; identifying the most critical "problems-to-solve"; collaborate with business units for product and relevant digital engagement plans to solve the identified problems.
Accountabilities include:
- Lead, Build & Deliver an eCommerce Financial Plan
- Scope: $1 MM Net Sales in '13, at a growth tipping point expected to be $1B by 2017.
- Grow with Customer F&B eCommerce business, as customer seeks to establish market leader advantage in online space
- Build and Execute Effective Shopper Engagement Plans Including Reviews to Ensure Quality Search Position for PEP
- Strong working knowledge of International eCommerce Plans, able to represent One PepsiCo Global Mindset
- Establish Winning Customer Partnership
- Wire to Win; Drive Customer Centric Culture
- Expand PEP Reach w/ Wal-Mart's Global eCommerce Team & Sam's Club eCommerce Leaders
- Achieve Advantage Seat at the Table; Be the Go-To Supplier for eCommerce marketing Engagement & Execution
- Support eCommerce Joint Business Planning in conjunction with sales leads
- Facilitate appropriate engagement with Division and Cross Functional Experts
- Leadpartnership for shared data to ensure PepsiCo has visibility to where sales are purchased and where they are fulfilled
- Elevate BU/Brand Engagement & Support
Elevate the Customer Agenda Internally by educating PEP Brands & BU on:
- Walmart/Sam's eCommerce Vision & Goals
- Walmart / Sam's digital engagement opportunities
- Wire PEP brand, co-op, and innovation plans to ensure appropriate level of digital shopper engagement
- Think and Lead with a One PepsiCo mindset across eCommerce opportunities
- Lead & Develop Cross-Functional Teams Lead Cross-functional Team including BU Sales, Finance, Shopper Mktg, Supply Chain; WMT Customer Insights; etc.
- Active Member of eCommerce PEP taskforce team to ensure Walmart has seat at all decision forums
- Spread Best Practices Across the Team; Leverage Global Scale (Summits, T2T, JBP, Po1 and CSI)
Qualifications:
- BBA required, MBA preferred
- Experience dealing with strategic retailers & senior customer executives
- Comprehensive knowledge of PepsiCo Divisions/BU
- Collaboration and negotiations skills in aligning & influencing senior levels of PEP
- Experience in digital, ecommerce, and social media highly beneficial for this role
- Analytical capability - able to "Connect the Dots"
- Strong, visible Leader who can drive an agenda (Internal & w/Customer)
- Disruptive & innovative thinker; Able to create solutions; Skilled communicator
- Must be willing and able to travel 50-75% of the time
