The SAP Business Intelligence Senior Manager will lead thedesigning and building of the BW/BI solutions for the Finance and Profitability analysis using SAP BW/IP/BPS/BPC and Business Objects tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the BI Finance functional practice within BICC
- Defines standards and best practices for BW/BI reporting
- Creates complex visualizations using BW/BOBJ tools such as WEBI, Dashboard Designer, Crystal reports
- Drives and sells proof of concepts to new business partners
- Performs data warehouse operations
- Performs data warehouse strategy and planning

Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 years of people management experience
- 10+ years of SAP BW/BOBJ development
- Minimum of 6 years development experience in BPS, IP and BPC
- Hands-on development experience with Business Objects WEBI, IDT, Dashboard Designer, Crystal Reports and Analysis Office/OLAP, BW LSA and LSA++ architecture
- Experience in providing leadership to others to work together to deliver a challenging agenda in an high-paced work environment
- Must have strong interpersonal skills to work with and influence peers across the program and at every level of the organization (International, sector and local)
- Excellent oral and written skills to effectively communicate ideas, processes, status and provide clear documentation to the management and executive leadership
- Must be able to demonstrate organization and communication skills through leading meetings and preparing and giving group presentations
- Ability to be flexible within a fast-moving work environment and juggle multiple priorities at the same time
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver against tight deadlines
- SAP Certification and PMP certification are desired
- Experience in SAP HANA is desired
- Must be willing and able to travel 20% of the time
- Local candidate preferred, no relocation assistance provided
