Job description

Candidate must live within reasonable proximity to a major U.S. airport as this position requires 75% travel annually. Seeking an experienced ServiceNow IT Architect to join our team of professionals supporting A-list clients. The ideal candidate will have previous ServiceNow experience/exposure with strong JavaScript programming skills, have IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) foundation certification and a working knowledge of IT operations. More specifically, the candidate needs: • Experience with the configuration of applications, modules, user interface, tasks, emails and events. • Understanding of packaging and migration of configurations. • Ability to tailor existing ITIL workflows to customer requirements using workflow editor. • Design of custom reports knowledge, and basic data loading principles. • JavaScript programming experience and familiarity with SaaS deployments and supporting architecture. Candidate needs to have strong interpersonal skills and English language fluency to provide knowledge transfer to administrators and end users alike. Ideally, the candidate should have experience in working with source code control systems. Preference for candidates with ServiceNow Administrator certification.

Required At least 1 year experience in hands-on ServiceNow (either system administration, User Interface modification or architectural knowledge) meeting client requirements and performing system tuning At least 1 year experience in programming JavaScript At least 2 years experience in / with industry leading providers of help desk, IT service management, asset management, network and systems management or similar technologies At least 3 years experience in demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills; written and oral Basic knowledge in SaaS deployments and supporting architecture At least 1 year experience in / with ITIL Readiness to travel 75% travel annually English: Fluent

Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Other Sciences At least 3 years experience in programming JavaScript At least 3 years experience in working with source code control systems At least 1 year experience in creation and tuning of SQL queries Certified in ITIL Foundations Certified in ServiceNow Administrator or ready to certify within 6 months
