| Lead a global cross functional project team (Typically Class I and Class II projects) to ensure development, registration and optimal commercialization. Represent the project team in strategy, operational and governance issues. Develops project strategy - for global Class I and II projects. Leads Class III and IV projects with direct support from R&D Category Leads or other Project Leaders. Fully Accountable for project success - Delivery of project within scope, timing and budget; Single point-of contact for project from idea to lead country launch and post launch (FTM) Maximizes value - cost efficiencies, contingency planning, risk assessments, IP generation Lead project team members - resolve conflicts, provide performance and talent feedback to team members (and their leaders). Drives issue and resource resolution for projects. Collaborates with functional core team members on the project team to drive results. Ensures that all projects leverage the NPD process Provides status updates to the category team, and drives resolution of key issues and risks. Escalates any unresolved issues to the relevant function lead on Category team | |
| BS
or BA required, Advanced Degree (business preferred, plus formal
Project Management certification a plus). English 8+ years of
progressively responsible related work experience. 8+ years Project
Management experience with large cross functional teams. Global
experience preferred. Preferred experience working in OTC, consumer
goods organization, managing cross functional teams, planning short and
long term initiatives. Experience and drive for results ensuring
