Job Description	Job Purpose: Responsible for representing the regional IT head and key business functions (finance, supply chain) to the ERP Competency Center (ERP CC). This role oversees interactions between ERP Super User community across the Americas and the ERP Account Manager and coordinates with both to ensure service excellence. Major Accountabilities: Act as escalation instance for super user and ERP CC Support ERP budgeting process Ensure that ERP budget is not exceeded. In case of overconsumption escalate to System Owner and propose corrective measures. Chair periodic meetings to ensure alignment across business user community and key stakeholders Ensure adherence to problem/resolution processes Ensuring that necessary trainings are provided to new ERP users and access rights are granted and support organization structure is updated Acts as single point of contact within business in case of service disruptions (business continuity) Ensure local business emergency response and business continuity measures are implemented Participate as required in yearly testing, simulation and training exercises
Minimum requirements	EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE Required •Solid educational background (University/Bacherlors’s degree in Finance, Engi-neering , Project Management, Information Technology Business Administration) •Experience in managing cross-functional SAP Projects, pref. in Pharmaceutical environment •Proven abilities and experience with stakeholder, project, vendor and financial management in a multi-national pharmaceutical, consumer goods or related process industry company •Ability to dissect business processes and assess for areas of efficiency •Strong creative, analytical and problem solving skills •Strong interpersonal, leadership and presentation skills for interacting with key client groups, senior management and IT delivery organizations •Strong communication skills Preferred •Experience in working with sales teams in remote locations •Project Management Certification •International, multi-cultural exposure •Fluency in Spanish Novartis Consumer Health, Inc. is an EEO/AA employer M/F/D/V.
