Gathers, translates and documents business
requirements into functional specifications. Serves as a direct liaison
to functional process owners in order to compile requirements, perform
analysis and provide solutions for assigned area of project and
maintenance work. Assists the business in analyzing requirements,
automation/process improvement opportunities and how they integrated
with other business and technical processes. Assist on
cross-functional, cross-organizational projects.
Interacts with business users to gather and validate requirements and develop detailed specifications and designs
Communicates functional specifications, design and business process to technical solution teams
Leads systems, integration and user acceptance testing, and roll-out of business solutions
Assists project/program managers in estimating tasks, reporting status, and completing work assignments on time/within budget
Seeks opportunities to apply technology to business
processes, researching and providing information on technical trends
relevant to the assigned initiative/client business
Consults with technical subject matter experts and develops
alternative technical solutions, advises on options, risks, costs
versus benefits, and impact to other business processes/system
priorities
Partners with various IT and business functions to execute and communicate on business solution initiatives
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum 2 years of IT experience in business systems analysisEligibility Requirements:

Experience/knowledge of financial services, leasing/lending instruments, capital markets is a plus
