In this role you will be responsible for
assisting in the development and execution of account origination
activities and providing sales support in order to retain, penetrate and
development new business.
Work with the sales team to generate new deal leads and prospects via cold-calling from assigned database or territory
Work with the sales’ team and other cross-functional
organizations to develop and implement plans that drive retention,
penetration, profitability and growth of existing accounts.
Price loans and leases using Pricing Model
Drive the wing-to-wing sales proposal process including
analyzing data, preparing and/or managing proposal requests, credit
packages and negotiating price or other terms/conditions necessary to
facilitate deal closure and onboarding new customers.
Identify process improvements and develop/leverage best practices that increase overall customer satisfaction.
Prepare standardized and customized presentations for delivery to sales and external customers.
Coordinate customer requests either by personally
fulfilling or working with appropriate operational department to ensure
that the customer's need is met within an appropriate timeframe. Serve
as an escalation focal point for resolution of customer issues.
Generate and manipulate a variety of Web-based and Excel reports
Set up new customer contractual rates and customer
parameters, and follow-up on any missing information (e.g., billing
level information, customer contact information).
Basic Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, economics or finance or High
School Diploma/GED and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in financial
services or relevant industry experience.
Comprehensive knowledge of industry-related financial, risk and contract drafting principles.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the
ability to analyze and interpret data and communicate solutions on a
variety of complex issues.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with extensive experience presenting to internal and external customers.
Proficient in Microsoft Office products or equivalent software application.
