| This position will provide on-site Network Administration and
Engineering services to the client's internal LAN infrastructure. The
candidate will be responsible for all operational and engineering
aspects which include troubleshooting network faults, configuration of
switches, patching network components, writing implementation plans and
working closely with the network architects to ensure tasks are
engineered and implemented as designed. It is also expected that new hires live within a reasonable commuting distance (generally 50 mi or less) of the following cities: Washington, DC. Exceptions may be considered. Selected candidates may not need to travel for all projects outside of their metro area. However, all candidates must be able and willing to travel based on assigned project demand. Travel requirements may vary but could be up to 100%.
