Job Title Associate Business Analyst, US IT

Job Description	McDonald's IT USA is in search of highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as an Associate Business Analyst.  This is an exciting opportunity to become a part of a high impact organization that supplies technology solutions to over 14,000 US restaurants and works with various stakeholders including US Operations, HR, Quality Assurance, outside vendors, Restaurant Deployment, Legal, multiple development teams, infrastructure teams and more!
Responsibilities	Key responsibilities for the position include: · Bridge the gap between the business customers and the technology solution providers by translating business needs to technical solutions throughout the lifecycle of the product. · Elicit, analyze, communicate, and validate requirements for changes to business processes, policies, and information systems. · Understand business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements and assist in recommending solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals. · Planning, facilitation and follow up for key stakeholder meetings.· Working closely with the vendor, IT and business teams to validate features through design reviews and testing. · Use of department standard tools to manage documents and project elements. This person must be a highly organized, self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.  He/she must have a strong desire to learn as well as an ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
Minimum Requirements	Required Skills and Experience: · Bachelor's degree - Information Technology or related field. · 0-3 years of relevant IT experience (prior experience within a McDonald's IT function preferred). · Excellent verbal and written communication skills  with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences · Proven ability to quickly learn and apply technology-related knowledge. · Deep comfort and practiced expertise with the Microsoft Office suite, specifically Word, Excel and Visio · Strong organization skills · Strong problem-solving skills and ability to focus on details as well as the big picture · Highly adaptive and able to manage multiple priorities Preferred Skills and Experience: · Experience working in a client-facing role with the ability to build strong relationships · Experience with process mapping, workflow analysis, data modeling, and design tools · Exposure to standard business analyst tools, procedures and best practices · Prior SDLC project experience (i.e. internship) · Experience with external vendors · Experience working with multiple priorities and projects with tight deadlines
