This position is part of the Delivery Management arm of McDonald’s Global Deployment Services. The IT Delivery Management department is responsible for assisting McDonald's regions and markets with the deployment of global technology solutions into our restaurants using a standardized deployment process.  This role will report to the Delivery Management Manager and work with Program Managers to ensure effective use of standard methodologies across global accelerated deployment initiatives. Key customers include Program Managers, market PM and internal stakeholders (PM++, Extended Leadership Team).
Main accountabilities will be to process project status information (progress, critical path, and delivery metrics) and compile the data coming from multiple programs into high level scorecard and artifacts. The individual will create tools (templates) and document processes as requested by Program Office manager and in response to market needs. The following are main responsibilities:
Document and maintain standards
§  Create tools and templates (XLS, MPP and PPT) that drive efficient, global progress tracking and data aggregation. For example:
§  mid-level, linked project plans
§  summary spreadsheets
§  content roll-ups
§  Create tools facilitating escalation and roll-up of information (risks, issues, status reports). 
§  Document usage guides and track adoption of the standard tools (frequency, quality)
§  Maintain existing departmental and Program Office policies and procedures
§  Contribute to the continuous improvement of project methodologies

Collect, aggregate and communicate project metrics and status
§  Create exception reports and trends for the use by Program Managers and ELT
§  Assist PMs and Program Managers in monitoring of risks and issue registers
§  Maintain mid-level project plans (integrated plan for entire program)
§  Product regular  weekly or monthly aggregated reports and scorecards

Support
§  Assist with the project meeting facilitation (coordination, minutes and actions).
§  Support all Project and Program Managers with day to day running of project admin tasks
Skills / Background
· 2-3 years previous experience working in a large IT Project function
· Excellent communication skills
· Organized approach and able to work under pressure
· Proficiency in MS Project, MS Excel and SharePoint
· Experience with virtual teams and global projects (teams, cultures)

Education
· Required (or in progress): Bachelor's Degree
· Preferred: Degree in Business Administration or IT
