This role is a 2nd line manager, managing IOT SE managers for Platform Computing Brand and will provide WW technical sales leadership. The global SE Leader will personally engage with clients and cultivate trusted advisor relationships. Proven people management experience is required. Collaboration with technical and sales managers in IBM Software Group and Systems and Technology Group WW (or equivalent non-IBM WW collaboration in a large corporation) is also required.

Required At least 5 years experience in managing a global technical team of software technical sellers At least 2 years experience in serving as a Technical leader in HPC or Big Data or Cloud Readiness to travel 25% travel annually English: Fluent
