- Key areas of responsibility will be to support Kroger's creation and maintenance of regional and store level schematics/planograms for PepsiCo beverage categories.
- Maintain space management support, focusing on Kroger division stores, working closely with NASMs, Category Managers and Space Planning Managers on the PepsiCo Customer Team (PCT)
- Must be able to complete planogram development, execution and delivery based on customer timelines.
- Conduct SKU optimization analyses and collaborate with POG resources on space management impact
- Understand workings of both DSD and Warehouse Go To Market Strategies to ensure proper execution of PepsiCo plans
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3-5 years' work experience; CPG industry preferred
- Category Management or Insights expertise
- Understanding of IRI/Nielsen syndicated data, Consumer Panel Information and Shopper Sights
- Strong organization, communication, math, and problem solving skills
- Proficiency in data extraction, analysis and presentation creation/delivery is a must
- Experience with Kroger's internal POS system a plus.
- Must be willing and able to travel 10% of the time
