Tealeaf’s unmatched visibility into the real-time customer experience. Tealeaf is currently looking to hire a driven, self-managed Sales Support Intern who is looking to learn about the exciting space of Industry Solutions from an acquisition perspective with the addition of learning business partner routes to market. The role will be responsible for helping to coordinate business partner communications, enablement, and operational tasks related to driving revenue. Responsibilities: Sales & Marketing - Be the first line of engagement for all Digital Marketing Agencies for sales & marketing requirements - Support/Manage sales communication for deal progression - Manage POC requests with Tealeaf Delivery leader - Manage BP requests for collateral, marketing assistance, Economic - Analysis assistance and demonstration assistance - Distribute WW material as required - Support partners in the IBM Co marketing process and assist with marketing plans - Create external sales communications to the key / selected Digital Marketing Agency Companies (quarterly plans, key incentives, latest news, offers and updates) Enablement - Create and execute Tealeaf Channel Communications (tbc-email/ newsletters / communities, etc.) - Execution of all Digital Marketing Agency enablement tactics (Road Shows, seminars, webinars, etc.) - Maintenance of BP certifications acquired in Digital Marketing Agency - Manage access to WW support offerings (Sandbox, Tealeaf Portal, Tech Community, etc.) Operations - Maintain Tealeaf Channel Map and up to date Partner information on SalesForce Application - Weekly collation of GPP, SalesForce and VAD opportunities | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
