Responsible for working with provider experience and training leadership to analyze the training needs of CareCredit providers to optimize use of the program. Expand the use of a Learning Management System to offer a variety of targeted training programs that enhance the provider experience with CareCredit and drive increased use of the program.
  • Maintain assigned training documentation (training/operations guides, training bulletins, training resource materials and online training content.)
  • Ensure all assigned training materials (print and electronic media) are reviewed and approved by legal/compliance.
  • Collaborate as needed with third-party providers to develop training materials and support documentation that deliver on organizational and training goals and objectives.
  • Assist in the development of strategies and approaches for new learning initiatives.
  • Design and deliver training programs or training bulletins as necessary.
  • Partner with marketing, sales and operations to define learning objectives and content for new training materials.
  • As necessary, create and manage project plans/timelines for material development.
  • Develop deep subject matter expertise in the CareCredit product and deliver Train the Trainer sessions for field and call center trainers as required. This may include delivery of training to high profile clients when necessary.
  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or professional or academic training in Instructional Design, Educational Technology or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in development and implementation of learning programs, including needs assessment, instructional design, content development and program reviews.
  • Travel required approximately 10%, occasional overnight.

  • Prior leadership experience in a learning organization with direct reports.
  • Hands-on knowledge of authoring technologies and multimedia applications including Adobe Presenter, Adobe Captivate, Flash.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (administrator level.)
  • Experience working with contract instructional design firms to budget, plan and create training deliverables.
  • Proven project management skills: wing-to-wing project ownership, working with multiple functions and levels of management in a matrix environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Individual must also be a hands-on style self-starter, enthusiastic and have excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Proven track record of delivering results and must be process and detail oriented, capable of handling large workloads through multi-tasking.
