Responsibilities

 As an ORM Risk Exposure Manager at RBS Citizens Financial Group Inc, you'll identify and collect key data and information to support risk profile reporting, using it to augment and develop key risk analytics and reports and incorporate them into the risk evaluation process. It's a unique opportunity to play a key role in a results-oriented organization that's big enough to make a difference - but small enough to care. 

Primary responsibilities include:

• Making sure that key risk areas are properly identified, monitored and escalated in a timely manner
• Analyzing the key risk profile reporting inputs to help determine individual business and overall bank risk ratings
• Advising business units on effective risk identification processes
• Improving employee engagement while advancing teamwork, transparency and accountability
• Recruiting team members and making hiring recommendations

Qualifications

Required Skills/Experience:

• The ability to lead and engage with high-level management
• Solid analytical abilities
• Experience in a complex financial service organization
• Strong leadership, communication and collaboration skills
• Flexibility, adaptability and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• A Master's degree (or equivalent)

Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials:

• A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)

Hours and Work Schedule

Hours per Week:   40
Work Schedule:    Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
