Description

Oversee all accounts as serviced by the Account Administrators and Account Officers. Handles documentation for new account set-ups and assists with obtaining credit and daylight functionality for accounts. Has responsibilities and manages process for approving transactions above certain credit limits within ASP and Global Funds Clearing (GFC). Full knowledge of all operational aspects within the department, including all functionalities of the systems. Create and streamline processes, including STP analysis, recommending system changes, and preparing DPSRs. Reviews departmental reports to ensure fees are collected and daylight overdrafts are processed correctly. Will act as interim Manager as necessary; Involved in performance evaluations of Account Administrators & Account Officers. Involved with interviews. Input to budget. Training of new incumbents. Involvement in special projects to enhance current systems. Involved with RFP process. Full knowledge of DTC and Fed systems. Full knowledge of operational aspects within the department. Handles issues that have been escalated from lower levels. Has high level signing ability. Direct interaction with customers. Interaction with RMs. Work directly affects team, department, and area. Deals with a time sensitive business. Works with a variety of internal departments and many varied customers. High level of interaction with external clients. Regular interaction with RMs.

Qualifications

4 year degree. 7+ years; Experience as an Account Officer preferable; high level communication skills to be able to deal with problem resolution.
