Production Support Spec I (Job Number: 1312195)

Description

The job holder coordinates production support activities for all major systems and related subsystems to ensure the integrity of computer generated data. S/he performs abend recovery, provides technical support, documents recovery actions and maintains current job control language for scheduled production run programs. S/he also monitors data files for production runs and adherence to technology standards.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 - 2 years experience required. Job holder must have thorough knowledge of company's IT infrastructure and understand the impact of planned changes to the environment. Job holder must have in-depth knowledge of multiple applications in production scheduling, control procedures and maintaining processing service deliverables. She must be able to interpret and administer company's technology standards and evaluate production documentation for compliance.

The ideal candidate is creative, looking for a challenge, flexible and willing to learn while operating in a flat, fast-paced environment that rewards out-of-the-box thinking and innovation. A can do attitude is essential.
