The Field Site Supervisor will be responsible
for equipment, tools, and techniques. In this role you will work within
cased-hole intervention discipline and the supervision of assigned
cased-hole electric wire line crews and equipment. The Field Site
Supervisor will be responsible for crew evaluation (pre and post job),
onsite customer relations, ensuring conformance with GE, and making sure
customer onsite policies are maintained.
In addition you will:
Comply with all safety, health, environmental quality
Management System requirements, and policies / procedures relevant to
the position
Lead on ensuring technical compliance with the EHS
(Environment Health & Safety) requirements of the company's
stakeholders, customers, and regulators
Ensure customer requirements are serviced within established operating procedures
Diagnose problems and recommend or implement appropriate solutions
Oversee operations to achieve cost, delivery, and quality objectives
Participate in sales activities to maintain customer base, develop new customers, and monitor customer satisfaction
Develop and execute opportunities to increase services and ancillary revenue
Monitor and communicate new products and specifications,
knowledge of customers, rig count, competition (strength and
weaknesses), and industry trends
Provide support and guidance to all levels of district
personnel including training / coaching in areas of problem solving,
creative thinking, and technical skills
Ensure compliance with DOT and ATF guidelines
Plan and prepare for well site operations to the satisfaction of the customer at the well site
Maintain knowledge of the latest technological changes and
operating procedures pertaining to company equipment, tools, and
practices to insure maximum operating efficiency
Maintain customer relations by establishing a positive
image and confidence in the quality of services, and ensure the
confidentiality of all logging operations
Maintain direct contact with customer's representatives
throughout the logging or completion operation; interpret common
services in the assigned service area for customers
Promptly and accurately submit all required reports and data
Maintain assigned equipment and facilities in a neat, workable condition, and conduct self in an exemplary manner at all times
Support Logging Services EHS objectives; participate in company and client EHS activities
Act as liaison between assigned crews and district operational management to ensure success at all levels
Bachelor’s
Degree from an accredited college or university (or High School Diploma
/ GED with minimum of 4 additional years of experience in a Field
Service or Maintenance position)
Minimum of 3 years of O&G Industry experienceELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
Ability and willingness to possess and maintain a valid
commercial driver’s license (CDL ) Class B with Hazardous Material
Endorsement
Ability and willingness to work land and offshore
Ability and willingness to obtain and maintain an Explosive’s License

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
Working knowledge of cased hole logging and evaluation tools and perforating operations and pressure control
Working knowledge of Systems; Identification, dissemble, inspection, and Assemble Wire line equipment
Equipment Troubleshooting
Corrective Action and customer complaint investigation
Asset Integrity Management
Knowledge of Department of Transportation (DOT) and Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) Regulations
Strong knowledge in operating electronics, computers and software used in cased-hole logging
Proficient with a personal computer and common applicable functions / programs
