The Quality Leader for Flow & Process Technologies product line within the Measurement & Controls business will be responsible for Quality culture, business strategy & execution of quality within all aspects of F&PT. Reports directly to the Quality Leader for Measurement & Controls and dotted line to the Product Line General Manager for F&PT.
In addition, you will:
  • Manage direct and dotted line reports within Quality to drive improvement in customer responsiveness, COQ, overall culture and build a strong quality management system that delivers world class quality to our customers
  • Work closely with business leaders to execute on key strategic initiatives and drive Quality culture into day-to-day activities at all levels of the business
  • Ensure that the Quality Management System (QMS) for all sites are maintained and driving continuous improvement in all aspects of the business
  • Establish, monitor, and drive improvements for business goals including: audit program, corrective action (CA) system, customer issue resolution (CIR) cases, Net Promoter Score (NPS) Cost of Quality (CoQ), on-time delivery (OTD), continuous improvement (CI), Technical Regulations and Standards (TRS) compliance, and other relevant Key quality indicators
  • Work closely with the site leadership to drive the quality programs and culture
  • Partner with the business leaders to develop Quality improvement plans, build roadmap, and execute on continuous improvement projects to improve quality metrics across business
  • Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Engineering or Business Management
  • Minimum of 7 years of combined experience in management, program / project management, or supervision / operations leadership experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with and knowledge of Quality Management Systems: ISO 9001
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience leading global and cross functional teams

  • Black Belt certified (GE Employees only)
  • Minimum of 3 years of direct experience with Measurement and Control Solutions market space (GE Employees only)
  • Master Black Belt Certified (GE Employees only)
  • ISO 9001 implementation experience
  • Advanced Degree in Management or Engineering
  • Training and experience with Root Cause Analysis, Quality Auditing, Change Acceleration Process, Continuous Improvement, and Document Control
