The Salof Sourcing ERP Leader will be responsible for defined work or projects with moderate complexity as well as follow an individual work plan, and meets day-to-day short-term objectives. In this role you will have the ability to resolve issues through immediate action or short-term planning.
Essential Responsibilities	In addition, you will: Be responsible for the basic sourcing service and analysis, assist sourcing team to finish daily works Assist in the execution of the Sourcing digitization plan Work with Sourcing Program Leader –Digitization to design, deploy and support Oracle ERP PO modules and digitization projects to drive process / productivity improvement for the sourcing organization Understand strategies for assigned commodities and proactively drive initiatives to meet Sourcing objectives Identify and qualify new suppliers Assess supplier capabilities and make recommendations on supplier acceptability Implement sourcing standards including process and execution, synergies for cost out Drive productivity opportunities with supply base to deliver cost out goals Support commodity buys
Qualifications/Requirements	Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university (or High School Diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 additional years of experience in a Sourcing role)
