Job Summary
We’re
seeking an experienced recruiter to join the WW Corporate Recruiting
team in Elk Grove. Recruiting at Apple is a centralized function but
with strong ties to specific lines of business. Relationship skills –
with candidates, hiring managers and key business partners – are vital.
This position is technically focused so experience with leading-edge
software and hardware products is also essential. Must have demonstrated
strong commitment to one’s business, with a history of driving better
business results through the acquisition of great talent.

- • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
- • 5+ years recruiting experience.
- • Outstanding written/verbal communication skills are essential.
- • A mix of corporate and agency recruiting experience is highly beneficial.
- • Excellent attention to detail and discretion with regards to confidential information.
- • Above all, you must be highly motivate, professional and have a customer focused and mature approach.
Description
To put the right person in the right position, the recruiter must:
• Maintain strong relationships with all customers, including
candidates, hiring managers and business partners.
• Have a well-developed network of candidates and/or the skills to build
the network quickly and comprehensively.
• Inform company’s strategic direction through understanding of the
talent market (e.g., where to find particular skills, salary
expectations of those with those skills, etc.)
• Track key performance metrics.
Qualities
• Relates well to all kinds of people inside and outside the
organization.
• Dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of hiring
managers and candidates alike.
• Skilled at understanding others, especially intuiting the sense of a
group.
• Able to work through roadblocks and focus on what needs to get done.
• Self-motivated; track record of exceeding high performance standards.
• Adept at learning new technologies quickly.
